When was my order shipped?

Allow one day for order processing Shipping within Abuja (1 - 2 business days) Shipping to other major cities and towns (3 - 5 business days) Shipping to remote cities and towns (3 - 7 business days): can incur additional fees. Order - Order will be cancelled if the courier is unable to deliver to a particular remote city or town. Shipping by air from U.S (12 - 14 business days) Shipping by sea (5 - 7 weeks)
What is your return Policy?

No returns or exchanges on all products. Claims for damage and/or delivery discrepancy should be made upon receipt of your order as claims will not be accepted after this time.
How do I make a payment?

All payments will be processed via paystack during checkout Please allow one business day for order processing after we receive your payment. The Bloom Terrace is not responsible and will not accept payments made using any other channel.
Can I send pictures of items received?
