Ein Shemer Apple

This top-quality apple tree bears pale yellow fruit with  a sweet and tart flavor.  Its low chill requirements make it an ideal apple for warm areas that have little to no winter. It is self- fertile so will still produce fruits when grown alone. Ein shemer is great for eating fresh, baking, or turning into apple sauce.  This apple variety is also known for being tougher than most in terms of disease resistance as well as for bearing fruits even while young, so it will thrive with minimal attention.
